drained and rinsed chickpeas

almond butter

maple syrup

vanilla extract

canned coconut milk

cinnamon

almond flour

salt

dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Add all ingredients, except for the chocolate chips to a food processor and pulse until it forms a smooth batter.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Transfer the dough to a bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes to allow it to form a thicker dough.
Notes
This cookie dough keeps well in the fridge for up to 1 week.
